MCT Academy Team & Trainers
Founded in 1982, Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) provides a full continuum of the highest quality substance use and mental health services in Arizona, Oklahoma, Washington, D.C., and Idaho. CBI's mission is to maintain the dignity of human life and to be an agent of positive change in our communities. Services include comprehensive medically integrated behavioral health care, mobile crisis teams (MCTs), medical detoxification, community psychiatric emergency care, transitional support, co-occurring enhanced outpatient treatment, homeless outreach and navigation services, transitional and permanent supportive housing for women and families, permanent housing for those experiencing housing instability, and community prevention, education, and outreach. CBI employs over 2,000 individuals, with 30% of their staff being certified peers with lived experience, who collectively serve over 100,000 individuals annually.

Amanda Stamps
Training and Community Development Coordinator
Amanda Stamps serves as the Training and Community Development Coordinator at CBI. She provides training and assists with program development across the country. A recognized subject matter expert, Amanda has taught mental health awareness and crisis intervention to officers both at the academy level and in their continuing education.
Diana Martorana, LPC, LISAC
Senior Director of Clinical Initiatives
Diana Martorana serves as the Senior Director of Clinical Initiatives at CBI and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor (LISAC). In her role, she is responsible for curriculum development and overall clinical betterment at CBI.
Donna Jordan, LPC
Director of Regional Clinical Operations for MCTs
Donna Jordan is an LPC in Arizona and Idaho and is the Director of Regional Clinical Operations for CBI's Mobile Crisis Teams. With 10 years of counseling experience, her focus has been mental health and substance use interventions providing trauma informed care based on a harm reduction practice modality.
Lisa Barras, LPC, LISAC
Clinical Training Specailist
Lisa Barras is a Clinical Training Specialist with CBI. In her role, she provides comprehensive, medically integrated behavioral health training which includes prevention, education and treatment services using cutting edge, nationally recognized treatment models throughout Arizona. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor (LISAC).
Alexandra Herrera
President (Owner)
Herrera Consulting Solutions (HCS) is a small, female and minority owned consulting firm providing services to government health changemakers, Medicaid managed care organizations, providers, and other stakeholders working to advance Medicaid/CHIP, behavioral health, and publicly-funded health and human service systems. Prior to creating HCS, Alex served the State of Arizona for 10 years in progressive leadership positions at the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) and the Arizona Department of Health Services. She worked in leadership positions with one of the largest 988 crisis call center providers and has served as a national expert and state advisor on behavioral health crisis system design in Arizona, Delaware, Missouri, New Jersey, New Mexico, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and South Carolina. Alex is a graduate of the University of Durham, United Kingdom and holds a master’s degree in public policy from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
