Donna Jordan, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona and Idaho, serves as the Director of Regional Clinical Operations for the CBI Mobile Crisis Teams (MCT). With a decade of counseling experience, she specializes in mental health and substance use interventions, offering trauma-informed care through a harm reduction approach. Donna has worked in various capacities within CBI, including 23-hour detox facilities, transitional inpatient care, outpatient services, and currently leads crisis mobile teams in implementing best clinical practices. She provides supervision and training to the MCTs as CBI expands its programs to meet the needs of the community.
Donna, a graduate of New Mexico State University with a Master's in Counseling and Guidance, has extensive experience counseling individuals across all age groups, focusing on substance use, post-traumatic stress disorder, and mental health issues. She adopts a trauma-informed care perspective and has furthered her education in cognitive processing therapy and dialectical behavior therapy.
